This is METANOIA - which features a graphic of a medieval blade, dripping in blood, which at first glance might evoke feelings of violence and turmoil. However, the essence and meaning of the design go much deeper, rooted in the concept of profound, transformative change.

The term "Metanoia" originates from Greek, meaning a transformative change of heart; a fundamental shift in personal beliefs and values. It often connotes a spiritual conversion or the process of experiencing a psychotic breakdown and subsequent, positive psychological re-building or "healing." The imagery of the medieval blade, therefore, serves as a powerful metaphor for this process of transformation. The blade, a symbol often associated with conflict and destruction, represents the challenges, hardships, and sometimes painful experiences that precipitate a profound personal change or awakening.
